We ship worldwide directly from our manufacturers which are located around the globe, including United States, New Zealand, Latvia, Mexico and China. Your order might be split into multiple packages arriving separately. One thing we know, you’re going to love your shopping experience.

Returns Policy

Products available at the store are fulfilled by external companies and are considered to be custom clients orders. Digital products are handled by our custom automated processes.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our or manufacturer’s part are covered at our expense.

Digital Tickets

Digital Tickets are delivered in a pdf format to the e-mail(s) specified by the customer. Tickets are not returnable, non-redeemable in any form due to their customized nature. Misspelled data cannot be corrected after the ticket is purchased. However if you believe you have accidentally made an error and would like it to be corrected, please contact us and we will look into it on a case by case basis.

When buying a digital ticket you declare that you are not in New Zealand at the time of purchase and will not be making use of the item in New Zealand.

Digital tickets are available on customers accounts (My Time Travel Tickets section) and can be re-downloaded unlimited times for as long as they are stored at

Ministry of Time reserves all the copyrights to the digital time travel tickets available and issued here including the forms, design and look, as well as all logos. When a ticket is purchased the owner can freely multiply the ticket without changing the look and without modifying the entered data.

Ministry of Time Travel aims to keep the integrity of the ticket data written and assigned to each ticket with an unique Time Route Pass Number. Modifying data of an issued ticket will be considered an act of counterfeiting.

Wrong Address

If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer.

Unclaimed Delivery

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment centre facility and the customer will be liable for the full cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer

Customers must contact before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are offered at our discretion. A new order, would need to be placed for an updated size if ministryoftimetravel chose to accept or offer size exchange on a case by case basis.


According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Ministry of Time Travel as well as the fulfillment centres reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Ministry of Time Travel does not analyze any data with the exception of pure statistics of how many products are sold in any category so it can promote products appropriately using banners, social media and mailing lists. None of the client’s data is used outside of the page.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
